As Members, States participate in ICSID through their representation on the Administrative Council. They may also nominate persons for the ICSID Panels of Arbitrators and of Conciliators and make designations and notifications for the purposes of the ICSID Convention.

London Court of International Arbitration
The LCIA is one of the world’s leading international institutions for commercial dispute resolution. A registration fee is payable with the Request for Arbitration and, thereafter, hourly rates are applied by the arbitrators and by the LCIA.

Today the PCA provides services for the resolution of disputes involving various combinations of states, state entities, intergovernmental organizations, and private parties. The Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) is the region’s largest alternative dispute resolution centre.
